Express Post with tracking is estimated to take 1 - 3 days. International packages by Registered Post with tracking is estimated to take 7 - 20 days. Express Post is estimated to take 5 - 7 days. Custom Orders
Your custom Avasi wig will take us up to 20 business days to create. The creation time will depend on the design, colour, make, and requirements of the wig. Once you approve your wig via e-mail, we will ship your Avasi Wig to you immediately. Domestic packages by Registered Post with tracking is estimated to take between 1 - 7 days. Express Post with tracking is estimated to take 1 - 3 days. International packages by Registered Post with tracking is estimated to take 7 - 20 days. Express Post is estimated to take 5 - 7 days. Once your Avasi Wig has been dispatched to Australia Post, sometimes postage delays can occur. This is outside of our control and we recommend that you contact Australia Post directly for the most up to date information on the following phone numbers:

Depending on all international countries rules and regulations, parcels may be held in Customs for long periods at a time. This is also outside of our control and we cannot contact Customs to release your package sooner. If there is an issue with your package and Customs need to speak to you in order to release it, they will contact you with the contact details that you have provided when ordering your item.
